To provide the app (create, send and archive quotes), sign you in by emailed code, bill your subscription and keep the service secure. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your recordings are sent to AI services to be turned into text and a quote (Cloudflare Workers AI; optionally Google Gemini or other providers we configure). Recordings are not stored permanently. Please record only what is needed for the quote.
Cloudflare (hosting and database, EU region), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and AI providers as above. Data processing agreements or standard contractual clauses are in place.
You are responsible for the data of your own customers that you store in the app; we act as a processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.
As long as your account exists. After cancellation and on request we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

We do not use tracking cookies. The app stores your sign-in and language setting locally in your browser.
